Harry Winderman focuses his practice primarily in the areas of commercial transactions, securities, commercial litigation and real estate development. Harry is also an Adjunct Professor at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida where he teaches taxation, entrepreneurship, real estate principles, and law and forensic accounting.
Harry is admitted to the Florida and New Jersey State bars, along with the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Tax Court. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Yeshiva University in 1970, a Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 1973, a Masters in Taxation from New York University in 1975 and a Masters in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University in 1997.
Harry is married to Ina. Harry and Ina are the parents of Jennifer and Rebecca.
