Seth Kolton

Seth is an associate at Weiss, Handler & Cornwell. Before joining the firm, Seth was an Assistant State Attorney for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County. He prosecuted a wide range of crimes, including drug charges, batteries, and driving under the influence.

Seth now focuses most of his time on litigation matters involving commercial and consumer disputes, real estate and condominium law, personal injury and wrongful death (plaintiff and defense), criminal defense, and family law.

Seth received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida in 2005. Prior to attending law school, he managed the graphics unit for the Queens County District Attorney in New York. Seth graduated from Clark University (Worcester, Ma.) in 1999 with a B.A. in Government (with high honors) and English.

Seth was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

Seth and his wife Traci are the proud parents of Bella Rose and Ari Wyatt.
